More often than not, someone living in their own home does not require regular care calls, but would like the assurance that help is at hand when it is needed.

Our goal is to provide a first class response service in your home when you need it - anytime, day or night. We want to reduce the pressure on family and friends and let you live as independently as possible.

Lifeline Assistance builds upon the service provided by Shepway Lifeline by providing clients with a trained Personal Assistant who will come to your home to help you.

Visits are made whenever the need arises and this service is available for just £1 per day which includes up to two visits a month at no extra charge. Further visits are charged on an hourly rate.

Assessment

• of any risks to you or our staff members
• to define the support that you can expect from us

Selection

• of the assistant/team who will best meet your requirements

Training

• the assistant in any specific skills needed to provide the right support

• on a regular basis to see that your requirements continue to be met
