The High Meadow Group of companies is an integrated care services provider.

We provide specialist care in one of our six Care Homes ranging from residential, nursing, physical disability, dementia, and mental health. Our homes are located in Birchington, Canterbury, Hythe, Margate and Westgate.

We also provide over 100,000 hours of Community Care including standard home care, live in, respite and recuperative care. High Meadow delivers services to both private and Social Services funded clients.

Companies within the Group are approved providers to Kent County Council.

We operate fully within the regulations laid down by the national Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and regular inspection reports are available from that organisation.
