What We Can Offer

We can offer the support of an established, growing business which actively develops staff through induction and ongoing training, quality assurance and a team working environment. There is an equality of opportunity to any person joining our team. Many of our managers have developed from within our team of carers. We also can offer flexible working. We have full-time carers with access to company pool cars and accommodation as well as a number of long-term employees who work less than ten hours a week.

What We Need From You

We need staff who understand the importance of recognising the dignity and independence of our clients and who will commit to the standards we have set. We also need you to be flexible in working with their clients, colleagues, and management in order to give the best service we possibly can. We will, of course, have to carry out the necessary police (Criminal Records Bureau) checks as required by the legislation which governs our industry.
