For this level of support, you typically would need help with some of the basic tasks associated with living on your own. These tasks might include dusting, vacuuming, washing up, laundry, shopping and preparing meals, and paying bills and household administration.
Of course, the essential support that most of us need is simply having someone around for companionship. In case something is wanted and our Personal Assistants are there for you for this very reason.

For this level of support, you typically would need help with personal hygiene or dressing, or helping you safely get into and out of the bath. This would extend to helping you to get up in the morning and go to bed at night and could involve continence care.

Each client is an individual and we are happy to understand from you what you or your relative needs and wants. Tell us what you want and we will develop a Care Plan specific to your needs.
The level of assistance and care that you or your relative might need depends upon personal circumstances. We can provide a high level of personal care for instance in cases of dementia, recovery from strokes or terminal illness.

Our Standard Home Care Service is typically based on a series of half-hourly visits around times of the day when you would like some specific assistance.
We are also able to offer Extended visits of multiple hours - for instance, if you wanted to participate in a specific weekly event or for an overnight visit once or twice a week to give your regular carer a break.
If your needs are more extensive than can be provided by Standard or Extended Services, we can offer a full live in service. Typically, this would be where your alternative would be to stay in a Care Home but you would like to maintain some independence. We would have a small team of staff each able to spend a whole week with you - day and night.
